Maccura i800
Direct chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer
The immunology analyzer Maccura i800 is in vitro diagnostic equipment that forms a closed system with its reagents for determining the concentration of various substances in the sample. It adopts the direct chemiluminescence immunoassay principle to test serum, plasma, whole blood, urine and other samples, using acridinium ester (AE). Through heterogeneous reaction, magnetic particle separation isolates the immune complex from substances not involved in the reaction.
